By accessing and using the Rams Flowers website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

Rams Flowers specializes in handcrafted glitter bouquets and floral arrangements. All products are made to order with premium materials. While we strive to accurately represent our products, actual colors and appearance may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our bouquets.

3. Orders and Payment

• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT
• Payment must be received before order processing begins
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payments
• Order confirmation will be sent via email once payment is processed

4. Delivery

We offer free delivery within Johannesburg for orders over R500. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM, subject to availability.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Orders cancelled within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, designs, and logos, is the property of Rams Flowers and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rams Flowers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
